Broadway Method Academy, a musical theater program that recently opened a new studio in downtown Fairfield, presented the classic American musical, The Music Man. The non-profit organization's mission is connecting the stars of today with the stars of tomorrow, and this production welcomed to the company Broadway actors Grady Long (The Audience, starring Helen Mirren) and Stephanie Jae Park (The King and I, Cinderella, War Paint). The Music Man played Fairfield University's Quick Center for the Arts October 8-9. The St. Louis Muny's cast of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, which ran from July 14th through 20th, created a video remix of Beyonce's 'Pretty Hurts.' The remix is very much in the style of the show itself, as each of the actors is clad in creepy, kooky, monster-like costumes.
