JERSEY BOYS Off-Broadway released a behind-the-scenes video celebrating the show’s return to live performances. 

The Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award winning musical Jersey Boys celebrates its 1000th performance at New York City’s New World Stages today, Sunday, January 9, 2022.

Washington National Opera opens its 2018-2019 season with a stunning new production by WNO Artistic Director Francesca Zambello of Verdi's La traviata, October 6-21, 2018, in the Kennedy Center Opera House. Tickets start at $45. From the famous brindisi drinking song to the heartbreaking 'Addio del passato' aria, the original 'Pretty Woman' proves it's better to have loved once than not at all. Verdi's romantic masterpiece and familiar tunes are as timeless as the storyline is contemporary, pitting tensions of social class against Violetta's personal sacrifice.

Roundabout Theatre Company present the world premiere production of SKINTIGHT, by Roundabout Underground alumnus Joshua Harmon (Bad Jews, Significant Other), with direction by three-time Obie Award winner Daniel Aukin (Bad Jews). The cast includes Will Brittain as 'Trey,' Stephen Carrasco as 'Jeff,' Eli Gelb as 'Benjamin Cullen,' Cynthia Mace as 'Orsolya,' Idina Menzel as 'Jodi Isaac' and Jack Wetherall as 'Elliot Isaac.'

Olivier Award winner Lesli Margherita plays 'Cindy Lou Who' in the world premiere of Matthew Lombardo's new comedy with a twist of rhyme, WHO'S HOLIDAY! directed by Carl Andress opening tomorrow, November 28. On Tuesday 15 March, four new Seasons joined the cast of JERSEY BOYS at the Piccadilly Theatre ahead of its 8th Anniversary on 18 March.  This is the first time since the show opened in London that all four Seasons have changed.  In the video below, Jersey Boys: A Journey to the Stage, follows a day in the life of the show's four new Seasons, Matt Corner (Frankie Valli), Simon Bailey (Tommy De Vito), Declan Egan (Bob Gaudio) and Mat Hunt (Nick Massi).  Check it out!

On the heels of being named the first female African-American principal dancer for the American Ballet Theatre, Misty Copeland joined the cast of Broadway's ON THE TOWN on Tuesday, Augst 25th in the role of 'Ivy'. Copeland will be performing through September 6. The Huffington Post just unveiled a behind-the-scenes profile of her journey from rehearsals to opening night on Broadway, featuring interviews with Misty and her co-star Tony Yazbeck. Beginning last night, August 25, American Ballet Theatre principal dancer Misty Copeland made her Broadway debut as 'Ivy Smith' in the Tony Award nominated revival of On The Town, continuing in the role through the end of the musical's run on September 6. 

In honor of Gene Kelly's 103rd Birthday, ON THE TOWN cast members Eloise Kropp and Cory Lingner have recreated the song and dance number 'Main Street' from the film version of ON THE TOWN. Check out the performance below!
