This week on Black Art Matters we meet, Stormi Demerson (She/Her). Stormi is an actress, poet, spoken word artist, singer and visual artist whose interests span a broad range of spiritual, motivational, social, economic and justice issues. Stormi has been able to successfully use her eclectic talents to reach numerous audiences on varying levels.

BroadwayWorld is checking in with the cast to uncover some little known facts about the political giants they play onstage. Today, watch as Ted Deasy gives us a lesson on the High Speed Ground Transportation Act of 1965.

The students of Colony High School in Dallas, Texas have quite the exciting legacy with their production of Bonnie & Clyde. All their sets, costumes and props, which includes three cars, come from the original Broadway production which starred Laura Osnes and Jeremy Jordan.

L.A.'s live music venue, Rockwell Table & Stage in Los Feliz, continues its ongoing line-up show, An Evening of Classic Broadway, on Tuesday, November 15th at 8PM.

The national tour of 42nd Street just wrapped up a 3-week run at Hollywood's historic Pantages Theatre.  The cast shows off their dance moves in this ode to JT's "Can't Stop the Feeling" and celebration of summertime!  

The 65th Music Circus season continues with Peter Pan, a high-flying, magical journey to Neverland that critics call 'purely delightful...ageless...a wonderful tradition.' The cast includes Broadway veterans, Music Circus audience favorites, and talented actors making their Music Circus debut this season. Performances are July 21 through Sunday, July 26. North Carolina Theatre, the region's premiere nonprofit professional regional theatre producing Broadway musical revivals, announces the full cast of its last production of the 2014/2015 season.
