Geffen Playhouse has released first look footage of Dragon Mama, the Los Angeles premiere of the second installment of Sara Porkalob's acclaimed Dragon Cycle, now playing through April 12, 2026 at the Audrey Skirball Kenis Theater.
The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities will open She Loves Me directed by Gavin Mayer on Tuesday, November 25 at 7:30 p.m. The musical will run through December 21 in the Main Stage Theater.
The Arvada Center presents the Colorado stage debut of Tarzan® The Stage Musical directed by Gavin Mayer on Friday, July11 (Please note the Friday opening date). Tarzan® The Stage Musical features music and lyrics by British pop icon Phil Collins (drummer and lead singer for rock group Genesis), and is written by David Henry Hwang (M. Butterfly, Aida). Intiman Theatre has met its pledge goal of $1 million., and as a result the Intiman Board of Trustees has voted to reopen Intiman and move forward with production of the 2012 Intiman Theatre Festival. The vote of the Trustees enables Artistic Director, Andrew Russell, to proceed in the production of the Theatre's new festival model - a four-play summer festival season curated from a collective of local artists and performed by a repertory company of 12 local actors. All money pledged to date will go directly towards supporting the 2012 production season.
