The Department of Fools is back for sloppy seconds! After a successful revival at the PIT of their Fringe NYC hit, A History of Servitude, the Fools returned to The PIT with their newest Commedia creation: The Tooth-Puller. After a critically acclaimed run at the 2016 New York International Fringe Festival, The Department of Fools is bringing back their Fringe hit A History of Servitude playing at The Peoples Improv Theatre (The PIT) throughout February and early March, 2017. The internationally diverse company includes Yair Ben-Dor (ABC's Quantico), Jessenia Cuesta, Gjermund Gjesme, Matthew A.J. Gregory (Power of Darkness/The Mint), Silvia Morigi, Ben Rademacher, Andy Richardson (Newsies & Gypsy - Broadway), Brandon Salerno, Alec Seymor, Anna Tempte, and Rotem Weiner. ???????

Artistic Director, Akia, announced today that Rising Sun Performance Company will present their fourth 'Theatre Mash Up' event.  The event will act as a Fundraiser for their upcoming production of The Firebird By Tim Errickson.   

Steve Guttenberg, known for his roles in 'Police Academy,' 'Cocoon' and 'Three Men and a Baby,' as well as the recent Broadway one-act play by Woody Allen, Honeymoon Hotel, will be guest starring in Hudson Warehouse's production of HENRY 4.1. Mr. Guttenberg will make his Shakespearean debut as Earl of Northumberland in The Warehouse's production at The Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, in the heart of Riverside Park this month.

Originally developed through readings with End Times Productions and Rising Sun Performance Company, Jerrod Bogard continues on with the project as director.
