WICKED, Portland's most popular musical, will return to Keller Auditorium from July 10th through 28th.

Well before that founding father refused to throw away his shot, even before those Mormons made us giggle with their irreverence, the hot ticket in town was "Wicked". Well, Stephen Schwartz and Winnie Holzman's witches have returned to the Emerald City and the bloom is still quite firmly attached to that bright pink rose in Glinda's hair.

A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of seats will be held for WICKED, which is returning to Seattle's Paramount Theatre with performances from June 12 - July 7.

Valerie Smaldone's weekly radio show and podcast, Bagels and Broadway, welcomes top, eclectic Broadway names this week as Valerie does a Countdown to the Tony Awards. Hancock Whitney Broadway in New Orleans at the Saenger Theatre announced its 2019 - 2020 season line-up of shows, headlined by the six-time Tony Award and 2018 Grammy Award-winning Best Musical DEAR EVAN HANSEN and also includes MEAN GIRLS; A CHRISTMAS STORY, THE MUSICAL; MISS SAIGON; Roald Dahl's CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY; ANASTASIA; and FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. The 2019-2020 season is presented by the New Orleans Theatre Association and will begin in the Fall. The new season represents a wide range of Tony Award® winners and Broadway blockbusters for New Orleans audiences to enjoy.

Valerie Smaldone's weekly radio show and podcast, Bagels and Broadway, welcomes hot, hot Broadway talent this Saturday in a Countdown to the Tony Awards, when she interviews The Ferryman's 2019 Tony-nominated playwright, Jez Butterworth and actress Laura Donnelly who also received one of the nine nominations bestowed upon the show for 2019.

WICKED, San Jose's most popular musical, will return to the Center for the Performing Arts (255 S. Almaden Blvd., San Jose)August 14-September 8, 2019. Press night for WICKED will be held on Thursday, August 15 at 7:30 p.m.

"One of the West End's true modern classics" (Metro), WICKED is now booking to Saturday 23 May 2020 at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre, where it is already the 9th longest running musical in West End history.

Jim Kierstead and Broadway Factor have announced a private industry reading for the new play, SPARKLER. Written by Erik Champney and directed by Sheryl Kaller, the reading will be held in New York City on March 29, 2019.

Beginning performances Tuesday, April 9, Ginna Claire Mason will assume the role of Glinda in the Broadway production of WICKED.
