Cabaret patroness Madame Mathieu has selected Alyssa Fox (Frozen, Wicked) and Joseph Medeiros (Three Tall Women, West Side Story) as guests of honor at the January edition of the Bistro Awards Critics' Pick Madame's Soiree. This will be the kickoff of the show's fourth season at The Duplex. The Broadway duo will be joined on the program by a distinguished group of emerging artists from a variety of disciplines.

Annapurna TV has hired Patrick Chu as the division's new SVP. Previously Chu served as a Drama, Production and Development executive at Amazon, where he oversaw the TV adaptations of HANNA and THE HUNT. Prior to Amazon, Chu served as Vice President of Production & Acquisitions at FilmNation, where he produced KILL SWITCH and executive produced MISS SLOANE. He was also responsible for bringing projects into the company such as LIFE ITSELF and ARRIVAL. Chu started his career as an assistant at William Morris Endeavor and also served as an executive at Ivan Reitman's The Montecito Picture Company. Reporting to President of APTV, Sue Naegle, Chu will be responsible for developing and producing new television projects for Annapurna TV, with a focus on dramas.

In celebration of African American History Month, blackbox curator, Amos, returns to the stage for an evening of songs and storytelling - presenting songs from his album, Harlem, for the first time in ten years. The American roots song cycle tells the story of 1920s black Americans' migration from the south to Harlem. Amos' album was inspired by the artists, songs and legacy of the Harlem Renaissance.
