As many of you might know, it is always a 'Jolly Holiday' with Mary. Poppins that is. This Practically Perfect Nanny first burst on the scene in 1934, in the children's books written by P.L. Travers. In 1964, the beloved Disney movie starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke was released. This is where most of us fell in love with Mary Poppins. Mary was once again transformed in 2004, when she was brought to life on stage in London's West End. While not especially faithful to the movie, the show morphs into a crafty Broadway musical. As with many Disney adaptations, new songs have been added, and you'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference between the iconic Sherman Brothers tunes and those penned by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe. They fit flawlessly, and the up-tempo 'Anything Can Happen' is as good as anything from the film.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts welcomes the dynamic cast of Benny Andersson and Bjo?rn Ulvaeus' MAMMA MIA!, the smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA, returning to Segerstrom Hall in Orange County from April 8 to the 13th, 2014. Colorado native, P. Tucker Worley, returns to Denver as Pepper in Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus' MAMMA MIA!. The smash hit musical based on the songs of ABBA plays The Buell Theatre January 28 through February 2 only.

MAMMA MIA! returns to Philadelphia for a limited engagement beginning Feb. 25 - March 2 at the Academy of Music as part of Broadway Philadelphia, presented by the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and the Shubert Organization. The press opening is Tuesday, February 25 at 7:30 p.m.

Producers have announced casting for the upcoming 2013-14 tour of MAMMA MIA! Leading the cast of 30 of MAMMA MIA! is Georgia Kate Haege as 'Donna Sheridan,' the independent single mother whose carefree past catches up with her on the eve of her daughter's wedding. Bride-to-be 'Sophie Sheridan' is played by Chelsea Williams; her fiance 'Sky' is played by Chris Stevens.
