Written, directed and produced by Edward Burns (Saving Private Ryan, Public Morals) - who also stars - this six-episode, half-hour romantic comedy series set in the early 1980’s revolves around a group of recent college grads setting out to pursue their dreams in Manhattan while still clinging to the familiarity of their Long Island hometown.

At the NBCUniversal Upfront today, Peacock announced that Edie Falco (Nurse Jackie, The Sopranos) will star in the new Pete Davidson comedy series BUPKIS as Davidson's mom, which is written, starring and executive produced by Davidson. Falco and Davidson appeared on stage together to share the news.  

Peacock announced today that Stephanie Beatriz (Encanto, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) will star in the new action-comedy series TWISTED METAL, a live-action adaptation of the global video game phenomenon. Kitao Sakurai (The Eric Andre Show, Bad Trip) will executive produce and direct multiple episodes of the series. 

Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow and Adam Scott star in “Celebrity Escape Room,” with Stiller and Black serving as executive producers for the one-hour show that combines the drama and tension of a real-life video game with all the fun and allure of the ultimate immersive game.

Netflix's Never Have I Ever is a coming-of-age comedy about the complicated life of a modern-day first-generation Indian American teenage girl. The series stars Maitreyi Ramakrishnan as Devi, an overachieving high school sophomore who has a short fuse that gets her into difficult situations. Never Have I Ever is created by executive producer Mindy Kaling, with Lang Fisher serving as co-creator, executive producer, showrunner and writer. Never Have I Ever is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, and executive produced by 3 Arts Entertainment's Howard Klein and David Miner.

The debut novel is semi-autobiographical, inspired by the childhood of Shawn Amos, a blues musician and the son of iconic Wallace 'Wally' Amos Jr., founder of the Famous Amos chocolate chip cookie brand. The series is is in development at Disney Branded Television's animation studio, Disney Television Animation.

Netflix has debuted a first look photo of Randall Park and Melissa Fumero on the set of the upcoming comedy series BLOCKBUSTER. CBS announced today that it has renewed the hit drama THE EQUALIZER, starring Queen Latifah, for two additional years, beginning with the 2022-2023 broadcast season. THE EQUALIZER is Sunday’s #1 scripted series. The series originally premiered Feb. 7, 2021, following the Super Bowl.

In Season 2 of Peacock’s hit comedy RUTHERFORD FALLS, life-long best buds Nathan Rutherford (Ed Helms) and Reagan Wells (Jana Schmieding) help each other tackle work, romance, and major changes to their small town and the Native American reservation it borders, initiated by Tribal Casino C.E.O. Terry Thomas (Michael Greyeyes).

Peacock announced the straight-to-series order of the new Pete Davidson series BUPKIS, written, starring and produced by Davidson. BUPKIS is a heightened, fictionalized version of Pete Davidson’s real life. The series will combine storytelling with absurd elements from the unfiltered and completely original worldview for which Pete is well known. 

Jean Smart, Emmy, SAG Awards and Critics Choice Awards winner for her performance in season one of the series, will return along with Hannah Einbinder, Carl Clemons-Hopkins and Jane Adams. Laurie Metclafe, Christopher McDonald, Kaitlin Olson, Paul W. Downs, Poppy Liu, Rose Abdoo, Mark Indelicato, Meg Stalter, and Angela E. Gibbs will also appear.

Peacock announced today the main casting for TED, the highly-anticipated live-action comedy series based on the blockbuster film franchise, with Seth MacFarlane (The Orville, Ted & Ted 2, Family Guy) set to reprise the voice of the iconic and loveable foul-mouthed teddy bear Ted.   

Palmer will command the “Password” podium as contestants from all walks of life are partnered with Jimmy Fallon and other celebrities to face off in the ultimate game of words. Fallon will play in each of the eight hourlong episodes as the celebrity/contestant duos compete for cash prizes by guessing a secret password using only one-word clues.
