Previews begin tonight, Tuesday April 10, at the Curran theatre (445 Geary Street) for Head Over Heels, the new musical comedy featuring the iconic songs of The Go-Go's- the most successful female rock band of all time.

Every Act of Life, directed and written by Jeff Kaufman. Produced by Jeff Kaufman, Marcia Ross. Will have its world debut at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festical on April 23rd. Every Act of Life presents a revealing portrait of four-time Tony-winning playwright Terrence McNally's groundbreaking life and work of 4-time Tony-winning playwright Terrence McNally: a personal journey through 5-decades of the American theatre, the struggle for LGBT rights, triumph over addiction,  the power of the arts to shape society, and finding love and inspiration at all ages.

As BroadwayWorld reported last year, the heir of French playwright Marcelle Maurette sued playwright Terrence McNally and the producers of the Broadway hit Anastasia for plagiarizing material from the 1952 play. Jean-Etienne de Becdelievre claimed that 20th Century Fox licensed the play for its 1956 and 1997 films, but not for stage productions.

Beginning tonight, March 27th, Zach Adkins will assume the role of 'Dmitry' in the hit Broadway musical Anastasia. Adkins is an original member of the Broadway company, currently appearing on stage at the Broadhurst Theatre in the ensemble.

The team over at Anastasia have dropped a brand-new music video featuring their star, Christy Altomare performing a new number from the musical, titled 'In My Dreams.' Check out the video below!

Celebrating ANASTASIA's first anniversary on Broadway, producers today announce the official North American tour will begin performances in Schenectady (Proctors Theatre) this October before visiting over 30 cities in its first year including Dallas, Denver, Philadelphia, San Francisco, with additional cities to be announced this spring. Following universal critical acclaim, and a sold-out run at the Young Vic, producers Sonia Friedman Productions, Tom Kirdahy and Hunter Arnold are delighted to announce the West End transfer of the National Theatre and Young Vic co-production with Good Chance Theatre of Joe Murphy and Joe Robertson's The Jungle, directed by Stephen Daldry and Justin Martin. The production is set in Europe's largest unofficial refugee camp, the Calais Jungle, which in 2015, became a temporary home for more than 10,000 people. Previewing from 16 June, The Jungle will have an Opening Night on 5 July at the Playhouse Theatre. The first wave of tickets will go on general sale on 15 March.

Have you heard? Anastasia has found it's two newest stars! Beginning Tuesday, March 27th, Zach Adkins will assume the role of "Dmitry" and Vicki Lewis will join the company as "Countess Lily" in the hit Broadway musical ANASTASIA. Adkins is an original member of the Broadway company, currently appearing on stage at the Broadhurst Theatre in the ensemble. A perennial favorite, Lewis returns to the Broadway stage after starring in Chicago, Damn Yankees, and many more.

Prior to its Broadway bow,Head Over Heels will play a limited engagement at San Francisco's Curran theater from April 10, 2018 through May 6, 2018 (opening night is Wednesday, April 18).

Derek Klena and Caroline O'Connor will play their final performance as "Dmitry" and "Lily," respectively, in the hit Broadway musical ANASTASIA on March 25, 2018. Klena and O'Connor are original members of the Broadway company.

The cast and crew of Terrence McNally's FIRE AND AIR celebrated the world premiere of the new play at Classic Stage Company last night, Thursday, February 1st. Tonight, live from the stage of the Bowery Ballroom, it was announced that Head Over Heels, the new musical comedy featuring the iconic songs ofThe Go-Go's - the most successful female rock band of all time - will officially open on Broadway at Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street) on Thursday, July 26, 2018 (performances begin Saturday, June 23). The announcement was delivered by The Go-Go's alongside the musical's director Michael Mayer. Prior to its Broadway bow, Head Over Heels will play a limited engagement at San Francisco's Curran theater from April 10, 2018 through May 6, 2018 (opening night is Wednesday, April 18).

Casting has been announced for Rhinoceros, the first play in the Politics of the Absurd reading series presented by Christopher Maring/ CM Stage Productions. Joining the reading will be Blake DeLong (Illyria; Othello; Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812), Larry Owens (Gigantic, FAT CAMP, Grease at the MUNY), Colby Minife (Six Degrees of Separation, Long Day's Journey Into Night, Jessica Jones ) Daniel K. Isaac ( Billions , Search Party , Underland), Brian D. Coats (Jitney, Boardwalk Empire , The Merry Wives of Windsor), Deirdre Madigan (Sweat, Daredevil , Exit Strategy), and Natalie Walker (Puffs, Search Party , Clockwork). Rhinoceros, written by Eugene Ionesco and directed by Srda Vesiljevic (Dust Can't Kill Me, When I Started Dating Men), will take place at the Baruch Performing Arts Center on February 5, 6, and 7.

In March, New Conservatory Theatre Center presents the regional premiere of Terrence McNally's It's Only a Play, in a newly revised version which marks McNally's eleventh production at NCTC. It's opening night of Peter Austin's new Broadway play, and while at the producer's penthouse for a lavish party, he anxiously awaits the play's reviews. With his career on the line and celebrities pouring in downstairs, he huddles upstairs with the producer, director and star of the show. This gleefully bitchy and affectionate (Entertainment Weekly) love letter to the theatre is the perfect setup for backstabbing comedy.
