Tickets Released Tomorrow for Kids Week, Featuring Over 30 West End Shows

Tickets go on sale from 10am tomorrow (Wednesday 30 June) for Kids Week, as the much-loved promotion returns, offering family discounts for top London theatre shows throughout August. The Government has confirmed that they are on track to end lockdown and fully reopen theatres from 19 July.

Theatre Communications Group has announced the recipients of the first round of the 2021 Edgerton Foundation New Play Awards. The awards, totaling $1,072,000, allow 28 productions extra time for the development and rehearsal of new plays with the entire creative team, hoping to extend the life of the world premiere play after its first run.

John Greyson Wins 4th TEDDY Award From Berlinale 2021 for INTERNATIONAL DAWN CHORUS DAY

John Greyson's International Dawn Chorus Day, which had its world premiere at Berlinale 2021where it screened as one of 20 short films in the Documentary + Experimental programme, has won the Teddy Award for Best Short Film. International Dawn Chorus Day is the short, experimental documentary from John Greyson, award-winning filmmaker belonging to the Toronto New Wave and New Queer Cinema movements. The short is written, directed and produced by Greyson with Shant Joshi of Fae Pictures serving as Impact Producer.
