Dennis Grimaldi Productions (Nice Work If You Can Get It, Godspell, Angels in America) will present industry readings of the new musical fantasy, A Kiss From Alexander, Monday, May 21st at 1pm and 4pm at Shetler Studios, 244 W 54th St, #12 in Manhattan. Denis Jones (Legally Blonde, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Broadway Bares) is directing and choreographing. Book and Lyrics is by Broadway and theatre veteran, Stephan de Ghelder. Music is by Brad Simmons, most recently musical director, Lysistrata Jones.

A priceless collection of Tony winners and nominees made this year's BROADWAY BARES XXI: MASTERPIECE a truly 'starry night' as they joined more than 200 of Broadway's sexiest dancers in an auction-themed burlesque show that would make any art critic blush. BROADWAY BARES XXI: MASTERPIECE, which is produced by and benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, was held, June 19, with two performances only (9:30 PM and midnight) at Roseland Ballroom (239 West 52nd Street). Directed by Mark Waldrop, with choreography by Vince Pesce, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum will run at Paper Mill Playhouse's Millburn theater from March 16 through April 10, 2011. Check out opening night images for the show below!
A Funny Thing Happened in the Way to the Forum brings a great cast to the Paper Mill Playhouse stage. Paul Vogt (Pseudolus) made his Broadway debut as Edna Turnblad in Hairspray and he replaced Harvey Fierstein in the Las Vegas production. Films include Garry Marshall's Valentines Day and Princess Diaries 2. Audiences know Paul from 'MADtv.' This is Paul's first Paper Mill Playhouse experience.
