TheatreWorks Silicon Valley announces that it has partnered with Stanford University to present New Works Next Generation, a three-day virtual theatre festival offering three dynamic new plays about feminism, ethnicity, and religion.

Today Patton Daye Slater Productions announced the release of 'Memory Lane,' the second single from the upcoming musical theatre concept album Love & Southern D!scomfort. 'Memory Lane' features vocals by Tony Award winner Nikki M. James (The Book of Mormon) and Broadway veteran Anthony Wayne (Tootsie).

HAMLET AND BLACK LIVES will premiere on November 10 at 7:00PM ET on The Public Theater's website and YouTube Channel. The virtual event will feature Karen Ann Daniels, Chukwudi Iwuji, Patricia MacGregor, James Shapiro, and Praycious Wilson-Gay.

GHOSTLIGHT RECORDS and JOE's PUB will present a free virtual celebration of the new album The Liz Swados Project on Tuesday, November 24 at 8:00 PM Eastern. The event will feature several of the performers who appear on the album, offering singular musical performances and personal insights into Swados' work.

This November, the Department of Theatre and Dance will feature a new play by FSU Theatre alum Keenan Scott II titled Social Media Massacre. As part of the New Works Incubator Project, Scott will workshop and develop his script with six actors over a two-week period, culminating in a virtual reading for an online audience.
