The University of Washington School of Drama, under the leadership of Executive Director Todd London, is proud to announce its 75th Anniversary Season. This historic season will celebrate, honor, and build upon the School of Drama's deep connections to Seattle's theatre community and serve as a bridge between the School's rich history and its future.

Producers Joan Raffe, Jhett Tolentino, and Douglas Denoff announced today that George Merrick will complete the cast of two time Tony Award-winner Joe DiPietro's critically acclaimed new comedy Clever Little Lies. Previews begin Friday, September 18th for a strictly limited 16-week engagement. Opening night, originally announced for Wednesday, October 14th, is now set for Monday, October 12th at the Westside Theatre (Upstairs) (407 West 43rd Street).

Gritty, passionate, funny and heartbreaking, Awake and Sing! by Clifford Odets continues to resonate 80 years after its 1935 premiere by the Group Theatre. Director Elina de Santos and lead actress Marilyn Fox return to the Odyssey Theatre Ensemble with a 20th anniversary revival of the smash Odyssey production that ran for nine months in 1994-95. Also returning from that production are Richard Fancy and Dennis Madden; the three will be joined onstage by David Agranov, Robert Lesser, Allan Miller, James Morosini, Melissa Paladino and Gary Patent. Awake and Sing! opens at the Odyssey Theatre on Sept. 26.

ReGroup's FOLLIES OF GOD Benefit and Book Launch for James Grissom's forthcoming book, 'Follies of God: Tennessee Williams and the Women of the Fog' was held February 23, 2015 at TBG Mainstage Theatre. In celebration of the upcoming release of James Grissom's long awaited book Follies of God, and as the 2nd event in the 'ReGroup Reads' series, The ReGroup presents a one-night-only benefit reading of select Williams' rare short plays. Guest artists Lois Smith and Kathleen Chalfant are scheduled to join the ReGroup members in the readings.

Alan Simon returns to the Laurie Beechman Theatre on January 27th and February 3rd, 2015 at 7pm in A Woman's Touch featuring Rebecca Holt (Broadway revival of How To Succeed...), Kristin Feeney (Goodspeed Opera House) and Kelsey Landon (The Acting Company) in a festive entertainment with humor, heart and hijinks.

The anthology contains the 12 original short plays that premiered as part of the 2nd annual Collective:10 this past October. It also includes a special forward by Emmy-recognized actor and director Susan Aston (Actor and Director, The Actors Studio).
