Present Tense Productions has announced that Timothy Nolan's THE SUGAR PLANT, directed by Saki Kawamura, will be part of the selected voices that make up this summer's Chain Theatre One Act Festival in the heart of midtown.

The Actors Studio will complete its 75th Year Anniversary Season with the final installment of its ongoing “Actors Studio In Process” series. Presented Friday, June 9 and Saturday June 10 at 7PM at The Actors Studio.

Cynthia Yiru Hu will be performing in The Discarded as a part of GLOBAL FORMS THEATER FESTIVAL presented by Rattlestick Theater and New York Theatre Salon. Running June 1st-11th, 2023, this annual summer theater festival focuses on works by immigrant artists, a historically marginalized group.

This summer, Centenary Stage Company presents their summer musical series featuring Rock of Ages and Seussical the Musical. Performances for Rock of Ages will run July 6 – 16 and Seussical will run July 27 – August 6 in the Sitnik Theatre of the Lackland Performing Arts Center of the Centenary University campus at 715 Grand Avenue, Hackettstown, NJ.

The world premiere of Jack Craddock is Having a Party, a new comedy by Harrison Harvey, has been set to play nine performances only at Moving Arts Theatre beginning Friday, May 12, at 8pm. Babes With Blades Theatre Company's (BWBTC) 2023 season opens with an extended run of its new works festival, collectively called Fighting Words, June 17– 25 at The Edge Off Broadway, 1133 W. Catalpa.  All performances are free to the public and audiences can provide feedback on the scripts following each reading.
