Vince Wilson, owner of Poe’s Magic Theatre as well as an internationally recognized magician himself, just announced the return to live shows for the popular downtown entertainment venue.

QCODE has partnered with New Regency as the studio, which will independently finance the project. This will be the second independent TV show New Regency is financing for QCODE, Automatik and Oddfellows. The first was The Edge Of Sleep, also based on a hit QCODE podcast series. 

The judges for Theatre Odyssey's Sixteenth Annual Ten-Minute Play Festival have named Keith Whalen's play, WHITE ANGEL, a taut story of a young man desperate to visit his girlfriend at her college dorm only to be intercepted by the protective 'dorm mom,' as the 2021 Best Play.

The performance will blend rap, West African traditions and classical music, and features  Japanese composer Keiko Fujiie along with Maboudou Sanou, a Burkinabè griot (traditional story-teller and musician).

Preston Live Arts Festival, a celebration of arts, culture, and homegrown talent in Preston, announces the initial line-up for this year's Summer Festival which will run at venues across the city from 21-30 June. 

The series is created by Steve Conrad ('Perpetual Grace Ltd.'), who will join the all-star cast for a Q&A and first look at the series.  'Ultra City Smiths' premieres July 22 on AMC+. Additional panelists will be confirmed at a later date.

The show features book, music, and lyrics by Jacob Richmond and Brooke Maxwell and the album is produced by Brooke Maxwell, who also serves as music director and conductor, and provides arrangements and orchestrations. Kevin McCollum and Morris Berchard are the executive producers.
