The acclaimed Second Act Series, which has presented an array of lesser-heardmusicals in concert, will present the beloved musical comedy Nunsense on Monday, March 19th. The one-night-only concert reading will star an array of former Nunsense cast members, including Helen Hayes Award-winner Patti Mariano (Original Broadway Cast of The Music Man, Godpsell, I Had A Ball, The Full Monty, 42nd Street) and Tari Kelly (Groundhog Day, Something Rotten!, Anything Goes).

Stephen DeAngelis continues his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with his next edition of AT THIS PERFORMANCE… to be held on Monday, February 19th at The Green Room 42, Green Fig, Fourth Floor, Yotel NYC, 570 Tenth Avenue (at 42nd Street), New York, NY 10036 at 7 PM. Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Performers scheduled for February 19th are Stefanie Brown (Cruel Intentions), Billy Bustamante (Miss Saigon), Pomme Koch (The Band's Visit), Blaine Krauss (Kinky Boots), Amy Hillner Larsen (The Marvelous Wonderettes), Stephanie Jae Park (The King and I), Nick Sacks (Dear Evan Hansen), Travis J. Shuler (Cruel Intentions) and Matt Wood (SpongeBob SquarePants). Musical Director/Accompanist for the evening will be Eugene Gwozdz.

On February 2, the real Groundhog Day, original cast members from the musical reunited for Humans Of Punxsutawney, a one-night-only concert at Feinstein's/54 Below. The eleventh season of New York Theatre Barn's New Works Series launches on Monday, February 5th, 2018 with pre-premieres of 2 new musicals: Crossing Over and Alice, Wendy, Dorothy. Theatre Barn's eleventh season will explore 'Foreign Cultures and Fractured Fairy Tales.' Casting for both shows is by Eisenberg/Beans Casting (Daryl Eisenberg,CSA; Ally Beans, CSA).

Roundabout Theatre Company just presented its Damn Yankees Benefit Concert Reading, starring Whoopi Goldberg as 'Applegate,' Maggie Gyllenhaal as 'Lola,' and Matthew Morrison 'Joe Hardy' and included Stephen Bogardus 'Joe Boyd,' Danny Burstein as 'Van Buren,' Victoria Clark as 'Meg Boyd,' Annie Golden 'Doris,' Julie Halston 'Sister,' Reggie Jackson as 'Mr. Welch,' and Adrienne Warren 'Gloria Thorpe.'

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) has just announced that former New York Yankee right fielder & Mr. October Reggie Jackson has joined the Damn Yankees Benefit Concert Reading. The MLB superstar will play the role of Mr. Welch.
