Raise Your Voice: A Cabaret for a Cure, benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, will take place at 7:00 pm Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the Peter Norton Symphony Space (2537 Broadway at 95th St).

Prologue Theatre kicks off the new year with The Cake, written by Bekah Brunstetter ('This is Us,' 'American Gods') and directed by Aria Velz. This production, in association with NextStop Theatre Company, is a thought-provoking comedy about two brides planning their wedding, a conservative Christian baker and her husband, and the cake that forces them all to re-examine their beliefs about each other and themselves.

This week, the upcoming virtual musical The Aviatrix launched the social media campaign, '30 Days | 30 Women With Wings,' intended to highlight and support the growing woman-identifying aviator community.

Ford's Theatre Society announced full casting and design team for Guys and Dolls, directed by Peter Flynn. The production features Maria Egler as Miss Adelaide, Joe Mallon as Nathan Detroit, Bueka Uwemedimo as Sky Masterson and Karen Vincent as Sarah Brown. The musical features showstoppers 'Luck be a Lady,' 'Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat,' 'Take Back Your Mink' and more, and plays March 13 to May 20, 2020, at historic Ford's Theatre. The production is recommended for ages 10 and older.

Write Act and Back Table ink. are proud to announce the inaugural season of Popsical Festival: Original Pop Culture Musicals. This brand new festival will feature four new musicals by promising, emerging writers and focusing on pop-culture fixtures from the past and current topography. The festival will be presented in two parts.

The 24th season of the Adirondack Theatre Festival will feature the golden era tap musical Front Page Flo. The show will open at the Charles R. Wood Theater, located at 207 Glen Street in downtown Glens Falls, and run on August 3rd, 4th, and 7th-9th. Performances will start at 7:30pm and will include a matinee at 2pm on August 8th. Coming this summer to Frederick is Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats. Continuing Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre's 15th Anniversary Season, Cats will open Friday evening, June 19th following WOB's regional theatre premiere production of the musical comedy The Wedding Singer.
