GRAMMY® Award winner Patty Griffin has announced the release of her long-awaited new album. The acclaimed singer-songwriter's 10th studio recording and first-ever eponymous LP, PATTY GRIFFIN arrives Friday, March 8 on her own PGM Recordings label via Thirty Tigers. The album was recorded predominantly at Griffin's home in Austin, TX, with Griffin and longtime collaborator Craig Ross co-producing, while the band is made up of a number of friends and frequent accompanists, including Ross, guitarist David Pulkingham, drummer/percussionist Conrad Choucroun, cellist Lindsey Verrill, pianist Stephen Barber, and Robert Plant, who contributes backing vocals to the LP's 'What Now' and 'Coins.'

Serving as the nation's preeminent talent show, NBC's America's Got Talent (AGT) will once again hit the road to search for the most talented variety acts in the country. AGT is the original modern-day talent show and has led in ratings for 13 straight years.  Having just wrapped its 13th season in September, AGT once again dominated the summer television landscape, averaging 14 million viewers per episode, and served as the nation's No. 1 entertainment show of the season in total viewers.  The show was also the No. 1 most social broadcast TV program of the summer based on Nielsen Social Content Ratings, securing more than 30 million social interactions for AGTcontestants across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

This year, a living legend of musical theatre turns 90: Lyricist-bookwriter Tom Jones (who also, under a stage name) appeared in the original company of his most famous and wildly successful record-breaking musical, The Fantasticks. His collaborator, composer Harvey Schmidt, just recently passed away. The production's record-breaking run closed, on January 13, 2002, after 17,162 performances. Their shows also include 110 in the Shade, I Do! I Do!, Philemon, Celebration and many more. And celebration is what it's about when Broadway veterans Carole Demas, who originated the role of Sandy in Grease, and Sarah Rice, who originated the role of Johanna in Sweeney Todd, return to celebrate Jones & Schmidt. Demas and Rice have based the show on their 50 years of work and personal relationships with Tom and Harvey. With very special guest Broadway's Hal Robinson who is also a Fantasticks alumni.
