Romeo & Juliet will extend for two weeks due to popular demand. The production, starring Sadie Sink and Noah Jupe, directed by Robert Icke, will begin performances at the Harold Pinter Theatre on Wednesday 18 March.

The West End production of Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith’s Inside No. 9 Stage/Fright will embark on UK tour! The acclaimed BBC TV series comes to life on stage, weaving its signature web of twisted tales and black humour.

Established in 1976, the Olivier Awards celebrate the world-class status of London theatre, and are Britain’s most prestigious stage honours. Leading the way this year is Tom Scutt's Fiddler on the Roof which matches Hamilton's record-breaking 13 nominations, represented in every acting and creative category.

This evening, or rather last evening, during their “Final Preview,” I was once again regaled to my seat with baited breath as I waited for the lights to fall on McDonagh’s masterpiece and, forthrightly, my favorite play, The Pillowman.

At its worst Inside No.9 Stage/Fright plays out like a greatest hits album. Familiar rhythms rewired into a thank you for the fans, who no doubt will vibrate with delight at some of the references to old episodes.
