Tonight, the Broadway production of the Tony Award-winning musical, The Book of Mormon celebrates its 3,389th performance, surpassing the run of the original Broadway production of Grease.
Three of the puppet stars of the Tony Award-winning musical AVENUE Q - Kate Monster, Nicky and Rod - have been chosen to be part of the permanent Popular Entertainment collection at the National Museum of American History at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC, it has been announced by Rick Lyon, who conceived and designed the long-running show's furry cast of characters.

Currently playing to sold out houses at the Lyric Theatre, QPAC, the hit musical, written by Trey Parker, Matt Stone and Robert Lopez, will return from 3 January 2020 for a strictly limited season. As Frozen celebrates its first year on Broadway, Disney Theatrical Productions today announces the opening of a new production of the musical in London's West End in Autumn 2020. With music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, and book by Jennifer Lee, Michael Grandage's production, with set and costume designs by Christopher Oram, lighting design by Natasha Katz, and choreography by Rob Ashford, will reopen the newly refurbished Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
