Funny lady Ana Gasteyer ('Saturday Night Live,' 'The Goldbergs,' 'Wine Country') is sweetening up the holidays with the release of her new holiday album, Sugar & Booze. The collection of festive seasonal songs, classic and original, offer a swinging nod to the vintage holidays of yore with a modern touch and plenty of style. Gasteyer brings her Sugar & Booze tour to The Ridgefield Playhouse on Wednesday, December 18 at 8pm with a night of hilarious holiday cabaret that harkens back to the big-band jazz era with a modern and often comedic touch.

Cabaret arch-angel Sidney Myer, who is in the midst of a remarkable career surge since returning to regular performing at Pangea in 2018, will headline Pangea's New Year's Eve festivities in back-to-back shows at 8pm and 10:30pm.  The New Year's Eve edition of a?oeSidney Myer Live!a?? is a new evening of stylish specialties and signature songs, with music direction by Tracy Stark on piano and Matt Scharfglass on bass.  The show piggybacks on Myer's dazzling string of sold-out shows at Pangea, his newfound performance home, where he has sold out four separate engagements, three of which were extended by popular demand.

Marissa Mulder will be performing her show a?oe I'll Follow The Sun, the songs of John Lennon and Paul McCartneya?? Monday, November 18th at Feinstein's at Vitello's In Los Angeles at 8pm and Wednesday, November 20th at Roger Rocka's Dinner Theater In Fresno at 7:30pm.

Tom Wopat will headline a?oeWednesdays with Wopat,a?? a five-week residency at The Beach Café (1326 Second Avenue), starting on Wednesday, October 23 at 8:30 PM.  The first evening will focus on jazz standards, followed by shows of Sinatra classics (October 30), Broadway hits (November 6), singer/songwriter ballads (November 13), and a night featuring highlights of the run (November 20).

On Nov. 13 and 14 at 7 p.m., Stacy Sullivan returns to the Carpenter Performing Arts Center in a portrait of the gifted singer-songwriter's life and music. The performance is part of the theater's Cabaret Series where patrons are seated directly on the Carpenter Center stage for an up-close cabaret experience.

Singer Jennifer Roberts returns to Manhattan to toast legendary Broadway lyricist and composer Sheldon Harnick with a tribute show celebrating his impressive body of work. Jennifer will be joined in the special performance at New York hotspot a?oeDon't Tell Mamaa?? by musical director Tedd Firth and bassist Steve Doyle. 

Rock icon Buster Poindexter returns to Café Carlyle, October 8 & 9. As a founding member of the New York Dolls and in a prolific solo career, David Johansen has been a seminal force in rock and roll, influencing countless singers and bands to this day. For these performances, Buster Poindexter, Johansen's celebrated alter ego will showcase his songwriting, spanning his career from New York Dolls until now, in his inimitable elegant style, interspersed with amusing anecdotes from life in New York, past and present. As Poindexter, his previous engagements have been sellouts and he has become one of the most revered artists to grace Café Carlyle.

Mendacity and half-truths abound in the new, critically acclaimed musical solo work from internationally renowned pianist-singer, Mark Nadler. The Old Razzle Dazzle: An Evening of Lies, Lying and Liars will bow at the Laurie Beechman Theatre this fall on Wednesdays, Sept. 11th, 25th and Oct. 23rd at 7pm, and Oct. 30th at 9:30pm. Marcus Performing Arts Center presents a?oeLive at Royal Albert Hall [Revisited]: The Everly Brothers Reunion Concert,a?? a re-creation of the iconic 1983 reunion concert featuring award-winning recording artists Lee Lessack and Johnny Rodgers. Lessack and Rodgers will perform all the masterpieces heard that night, include a?oeAll I Have to Do Is Dream,a?? a?oeDevoted to You,a?? a?oeBye Bye Love,a?? a?oeCathy's Clown,a?? a?oeWake Up Little Susiea?? and many more. After a decade of not speaking to each other, British guitarist Albert Lee was able to bring the Everly Brothers back together in 1983, for what he thought would be a one-off concert at London's Royal Albert Hall. That the reunion lasted for another 26 years was an unexpected, but pleasing, bonus.

Award-winning recording artist and actress Nicole Henry returns to NYC's infamous Feinstein's/54 Below with a new concert-event celebrating the songs of Whitney Houston.
