Grammy and Emmy Award winning comedian, actor, director, writer and producer, Chris Rock, has announced his highly anticipated return to Australia with his Ego Death World Tour 2022.

Manhattan Theatre Club announced the lineup for the 2022 Ted Snowdon Reading Series. The readings kick off Monday, March 14 and will be held on Mondays through March 28. The readings will take place at New York City Center – Stage I (131 West 55th Street). All readings are free and open to the public, but space is limited and RSVPs are required.

Red Bull Theater today announced that submissions are now open for Red Bull’s 12th ANNUAL SHORT NEW PLAY FESTIVAL, six brand new 10-minute plays of heightened language and classic themes inspired by this year’s theme: “Alchemy,” that will be selected through an open submission process.

Second Stage Theater continues its commitment to nurturing American playwrights with THE 2022 JUDITH CHAMPION NEW VOICES READING SERIES, which supports early career playwrights with one-night-only professionally produced readings for Second Stage subscribers, donors, and general audiences. 

THE 2022 JUDITH CHAMPION NEW VOICES READING SERIES will kick off with Toros by Danny Tejera, directed by David Mendizábal, on January 18, 2022, followed by The Sensational Sea Mink-ettes by Vivian J.O. Barnes, directed by Cristina Angeles, on January 24, and will conclude with Yellow Dream$ by Susan Xu, directed by May Adrales on January 31. 

The ensemble cast includes: John C. The Canadian College of Performing Arts' Studio Ensemble continues its 2021/2022 season on December 2 with a production of Stephen Adly Guirgis' The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, directed by Cherissa Richards.
