L.A. Theatre Works has announced two new state-of-the-art audio theater recordings about the Japanese-American experience.

Klein most recently served as EVP, Casting, Disney Television Studios and FX Entertainment, and oversaw casting on such recent successes as “Genius: Aretha,” “Big Sky,” “Rebel,” “Little Fires Everywhere” and “Mrs. America.”

Providence Performing Arts Center has unveiled their 2021/2022 Broadway season! Along with the Broadway season, PPAC Board Chairman Joseph W. Walsh, Esq. and President and CEO J.L. “Lynn” Singleton announced the completion of the theatre’s façade restoration project.

After a successful run in December, the amazing Sunday Soul concert series will return to Chiswick Playhouse as part of the already announced Recharged Festival.  Sunday Soul see musical theatre stars dig deep and explore music that feeds the soul in these intimate gigs. 

Featuring new performers with every show, the weekly, award-winning Piano Bar Live! (PBL!) streams this Tuesday, April 13 at 7:15 pm ET, celebrating San Francisco and The Bay Area with host Scott Barbarino.

Casting has been confirmed for Paul Taylor-Mills' highly celebrated annual festival of new musical theatre, MTFestUK 2021. Featuring a truly spectacular company of international stars, with a number of Tony and Olivier Awards to their names, this year's season is set to be an unmissable event in the 2021 musical theatre calendar.  

The cast of “Cagney & Lacey” will reunite on “Stars In The House” on Wednesday, April 14 at 8pm ET. Sharon Gless (Christine Cagney), Tyne Daly (Mary Beth Lacey), and Martin Kove (Victor Isbecki), will come together to talk about their time on the beloved series, which became the quintessential show for, and about, working women. 

This year, Arts Club Vancouver will offer four audio plays in a series called: Listen to This. Highlighting the works of Canadian playwrights from the “Emerging Playwrights Unit” or the “Silver Commissions Project,” these audio plays will allow the exploration of theatre in a different and engaging way. From March 17th to October 27th, NIGHT PASSING written by Scott Button will be available for listening.

Marc Baylin, a longtime leader in the national performing arts landscape, has been appointed Artistic Advisor and Programming Consultant at the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Pennsylvania.

The Warner Theatre will present the final installation of the 9th Annual International Playwrights Festival - SAUL by Colleen O'Doherty of Nebraska - from the Warner's Nancy Marine Studio Theatre beginning Friday, April 9 at 7:00 pm.
