BIRDLAND THEATER will present Nicolas King – the celebrated pop and jazz vocalist on Thursday, February 9 at 8:30 PM.

Jessica Vosk is a celebrated singer and actress and she has just kicked off her “MY GOLDEN AGE” US tour and will be visiting your area shortly! You may recognize her from Broadway roles like Elphaba in WICKED, or as the Narrator in JOSEPH... at Lincoln Center. I had the opportunity to catch up with her before the launch of this new concert tour.

Sound of the Underground, co-created by Travis Alabanza and Debbie Hannan, unleashes queer chaos on the historic Royal Court. Over the course of three acts, a cast of real London drag performers use every weapon in their arsenal to shed light on the realities of the city’s dying queer nightlife scene, the commercialisation of drag, the persistence of homophobia and transphobia, and the lack of money in the arts… but they have a lot of fun in doing so.

Glenn Adamson and Kellie Gnauck, who are currently starring in the international tour of Bat Out Of Hell the Musical, stopped by Studio 10 to talk about the show and perform a number. Check out the video here!

George Mason University's School of Theater has announced the Spring 2023 dates for its Guest Artist Series: Creating Anti-Racist Theater with leading voices from the theatrical industry discussing the logistics of making and cultivating Anti-Racist Theater.

New Jersey Repertory Company “NJRep,” located at 179 Broadway in Long Branch, will present Robin Gerber's new play THE SHOT, April 6 – 23, 2023 in its Studio Theatre. THE SHOT will star Emmy nominee and Broadway alum Sharon Lawrence (Cabaret, Fiddler on the Roof).

Ruth Stage has announced that two-time Tony Award nominee Alison Fraser (The Secret Garden) will reprise her role as ‘Big Mama’, as well as announcing the complete casting for their provocative and controversial modern staging of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.

COME TOGETHER, a Beatles-inspired dance production presented by LAMTA, enjoyed a sold out run at the Theatre on the Bay in June last year. Since then, the show travelled to Johannesburg for a November 2022 season and now, it returns to the Mother City.

Just last week Ruston Kelly announced his highly anticipated third album, The Weakness. The tour will see him playing NYC’s Webster Hall (April 21st), Chicago’s House of Blues (April 29th) and Los Angeles’s The Fonda Theater (May 14th), and ending with a hometown show at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater (June 2nd) with Jenny Lewis opening.

Tickets are now on sale for a one-night-only performance by Tony Award-winning performer Beth Leavel at Theatre Raleigh at 8 p.m. Feb. 10.
