We were treated to a Q&A with Dan Gillespie Sells (Music), Ivano Turco (Jamie New), Giovanna Fletcher (Miss Hedge) and Talia Palamathanan (Pritti Pasha), hosted by Jonathan Butterell (Director). Back in 2017, few could have imagined the success of a show about a teenage drag queen. Ever since it blasted its way onto the stage in 2017, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie has been a sensation here and as far away as Japan. Now on a nationwide tour, the true-life story of a 16-year-old wannabe drag queen is still as entertaining and relevant as ever.

Everybody's' Talking About Jamie, the award-winning feel-good musical sensation, is coming to Milton Keynes Theatre on 19 April. West End star Layton Williams reprises the role of Jamie New. Straight from the West End, Shane Richie (I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here, EastEnders) will play Hugo/Loco Chanelle. Shobna Gulati (Coronation Street, Dinnerladies) also re-joins the cast to play Ray.

Adam Woodyatt and Laurie Brett will reunite as husband and wife, but this time on stage in the acclaimed World Premiere touring stage production of the Peter James best-selling novel “LOOKING GOOD DEAD”, which opens at Glasgow Theatre Royal this week.

Laurie and Adam famously starred as husband and wife Ian and Jane Beale in BBC's EastEnders. The rest of the cast of “LOOKING GOOD DEAD” includes Harry Long as Roy Grace, Ian Houghton as Jonas, Leon Stewart as Branson, Gemma Stroyan as Bella, Luke Ward-Wilkinson as Max Bryce, Mylo McDonald as Mick and Natalie Boakye as Janie.

Hours after picking up a USB memory stick, left behind on a train seat, Tom Bryce inadvertently becomes a witness to a vicious murder. March 27 marks World Theatre Day! Although we can't be together to celebrate, we can still reminisce on the fun of theatre in our lives.

The playwright Justin Butcher reflects on the origins of his solo picaresque, which was premiered in 2001 by the late, great Pete Postlethwaite and is being revived afresh in a new digital version starring Shane Richie and directed by Olivier Award nominee Ian Talbot.

Shane will be joined by the West End cast staring Noah Thomas as Jamie New, Melissa Jacques as his Mum, Margaret, Sejal Keshwala as Ray, Hiba Elchikhe as Pritti Pasha and Gillian Ford as Miss Hedge.
