Divorced. Beheaded. Died. Survived. The six wives of the infamous King Henry VIII star in in Six, the Broadway-bound smash and Citadel Theatre's latest offering.

Starring Buffalo concluded it's 3 performances of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS on Saturday night. The visiting Broadway artists included Matt Doyle as Seymour, Lindsay Nicole Chambers as Audrey and Brandon Espinoza as the Dentist. Artistic Director Drew Fornarola has announced EVITA as the spring of 2020 staged musical concert. Casting will be announced in the new year. The company is using Shea's 710 Theatre this season, after it's inaugural season at Rockwell Hall last year presenting THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME. The touring cast of THE BROADWAY PRINCESS PARTY was also in town and joined in to celebrate.

From Tudor queens to pop princesses, the six wives of Henry VIII finally take to the mic to tell their tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a 75-minute celebration of 21st century sisterly sass-itude. These Queens may have green sleeves but their lipstick is rebellious red.

The most famous of man eating plants made a Halloween weekend appearance as LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS played out on the Shea's 710 Theatre stage Friday night. Under the auspices of the fledgling STARRING BUFFALO company, Buffalo was treated to it's second fully realized staged musical reading. Director Drew Fornarola has assembled three of Broadway's best young talents to visit the Queen City, work along side some of Buffalo's own finest actors, and mentor and perform with three of the areas High School choirs. After their fine inaugural production of THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME last year at Rockwell Hall, the change of venue seemed to work perfectly.

Turning Point Ensemble (TPE) joins forces with the dynamic Bergmann Piano Duo (Marcel and Elizabeth Bergmann) for a concert of extraordinary music connecting French masterworks of the early twentieth century to jazz-inspired new works.  The concert will be for one evening only, on Sunday, Nov. 24th at 7:30pm at the Orpheum Annex, 823 Seymour Street, Vancouver.

Company XIV will present their sexy hit holiday show, NUTCRACKER ROUGE, conceived, choreographed and directed by Drama Desk Award nominee Austin McCormick, running November 14, 2019 a?" January 26, 2020 in a limited 11-week engagement at the company's gorgeous new home, Théâtre XIV (383 Troutman St. in Bushwick, Brooklyn). Previews begin November 14 for a November 24 opening.

The West End smash hit musical SIX written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, today announces it will be coming to The Bristol Hippodrome 7 - 11 July. The touring Queens will be played by Lauren Drew (Catherine of Aragon), Maddison Bulleyment (Anne Boleyn), Lauren Byrne (Jane Seymour), Shekinah McFarlane (Anna of Cleves), Jodie Steele (Katherine Howard) and Athena Collins (Catherine Parr), with Alternates Jennifer Caldwell, Cassandra Lee and Harriet Watson. The cast are backed by the show's all-female band, The Ladies in Waiting.

WestEnd Films has closed a US deal with Greenwich Entertainment for Israel's Academy Award submission Incitement, a film by award-winning writer-director Yaron Zilberman (critically acclaimed A Late Quartet with Philip Seymour Hoffman and Christopher Walken). The film recently had its world premiere at TIFF where it received rave reviews, followed by European and UK premieres at the Zurich Film Festival and the BFI London Film Festival.

Producers today announce that critically acclaimed 'MUSIK' by writer Jonathan Harvey and Pet Shop Boys Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe is to get a four-week London run following its sold out world premiere at the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe.

Emmy and Tony Award–winning actor André De Shields, currently starring in Hadestown, received the Joyce Warshow Lifetime Achievement Award at the sold-out SAGE Awards & Gala held at Cipriani Wall Street on October 21.
