The Second Stage Theater production of Richard Greenberg's Tony Award-winning play, Take Me Out, is officially in previews at the Hayes Theater, where it was originally set to open almost two years ago. 

Tony nominee and two-time Pulitzer finalist Jon Robin Baitz's “I'll Be Seein' Ya” will have its world premiere March 31 on CTG's Digital Stage.

Eric Bogosian has been cast in Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire as “Daniel Molloy,” a journalist nearing the end of his career who’s given a second chance at the interview of a lifetime. Based on Anne Rice’s novel, the series follows Louis de Pointe, Lestat De Lioncourt and Claudia’s epic story of love, blood and the perils of immortality.

Manhattan Theatre Club is presenting the American premiere of Golden Shield, written by Anchuli Felicia King (White Pearl) and directed by May Adrales (Vietgone at MTC). The ensemble will feature Cindy Cheung, Fang Du, Kristen Hung, Daniel Jenkins, Michael C. Liu, Max Gordon Moore, Ruibo Qian and Gillian Saker.

David Harbour and Bill Pullman will star in the world première of Theresa Rebeck’s dark and funny new play Mad House. Directed by Moritz von Stuelpnagel, the production opens on 26 June at the Ambassadors Theatre, with previews from 15 June, and runs until 4 September.

Second Stage Theater just began previews for JC Lee's world premiere comedy, To My Girls, directed by Stephen Brackett. TO MY GIRLS will officially open on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Second Stage's Off-Broadway home, The Tony Kiser Theater (305 West 43rd Street).

Afterwords is the 24th new musical produced by The 5th Avenue Theatre and features music and lyrics by Zoe Sarnak and a book by Emily Kazmarek, with direction by Adrienne Campbell-Holt, choreography by Ebony Williams, and music supervision by Matt Perri.

Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival announces veteran stage, film, and television actor Tony Todd will return to play the role of Troy Maxson in August Wilson’s Fences. The Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning play will open this summer at the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA.

Before Rent, there was Tick, Tick... BOOM! Presented by The Ritz Theatre Company as part of the organization's 'Grand Reopening' season, this autobiographical musical by Jonathan Larson, the Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning creator of Rent, is the story of a composer and the sacrifices he makes on the road to the proverbial big break. Helmed by Ritz Associate Artistic Director Matthew Weil, the show runs at The Ritz from March 18th through April 3rd.

Named to New York Times' 2021 Best Of Theatre List and a Drama League Award nominee, Out of the Box Theatrics production of The Last Five Years will have an encore engagement March 28 - April 10 after originally premiering in March of 2021.
