The Board of Trustees of TDF, one of the country's foremost not-for-profit service organizations for the performing arts, has named Deeksha Gaur to the post of Executive Director. Ms. Gaur is a co-founder and the current General Manager of Show-Score, a theatre reviews platform. She will assume her duties at TDF on August 7.

TheaterWorksUSA has revealed the cast and creative team for the upcoming World Premiere of the musical adaptation of #1 bestselling  Cat Kid Comic Club series by Dav Pilkey.

The League of Live Stream Theater (LOLST), a nonprofit organization dedicated to revolutionizing the accessibility and reach of nonprofit theaters, has announced its groundbreaking partnership with Hedgerow Theatre Company, featuring the world premiere of Juliette Dunn's extraordinary production, 'The Puzzle.'

Chicago-based actor, Melody A. Betts has joined the cast of Olney Theatre Center and Round House Theatre's co-production of Fela!, which, begins previews on Olney Theatre's Roberts Mainstage, July 7.

Playwrights Horizons and MCC Theater have revealed a one-week extension of the world premiere of John J. Caswell, Jr.’s Wet Brain, directed by Dustin Wills, to July 2. 

Additional casting has been announced for The Wiz, coming to Broadway next year following a national tour. Award-winning recording artist Deborah Cox will take on the role of Glinda with Melody A. Betts as Aunt Em and Evillene.

The Reeling took place at Rouken Glen Park on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th June and will return in 2024

This summer's Hollywood Fringe Festival will see the world premiere fundraiser event of a one-hour one-woman musical comedy featuring the Artistic Director of New Musicals Inc, Elise Dewsberry; with book and lyrics by New Musicals Inc. Executive Director Scott Guy and music by Jacques Offenbach. Additional music by Max Bruch, Michele Esposito, and Ken Neufeld.

Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) and Kate Maguire (Artistic Director, CEO) have announced casting for two of its summer 2023 shows: Million Dollar Quartet, a three-time Tony Award–nominated once-in-a-lifetime musical evening back by popular demand with some of the same cast as 2017 and Photograph 51, an intriguing portrait of the race to discover the mysteries of the DNA double helix. 

NYU Skirball, in Partnership with The Public Theater, will present DruidO’Casey, a North American premiere by Ireland’s Druid Theatre, directed by Tony Award-winner Garry Hynes, running October 4 – 14 at NYU Skirball.
