The American Theatre Guild has announced that single tickets for the Peoria premiere of DEAR EVAN HANSEN will go on sale Monday, January 9 at 10:00 a.m. This production is part of the AMEREN ILLINOIS BROADWAY IN PEORIA SERIES and will take the stage at the Peoria Civic Center for eight performances May 30– June 4, 2023.

This January, Hedgerow Theatre Company kicks off its 100th Anniversary with a one-night only engagement performed by and directed by Hedgerow legends. Broadway favorite Austin Pendleton and Hedgerow's award-winning Artistic Director Emeritus Penelope Reed team up to perform a one-night only engagement of A.R. Gurney's Love Letters with celebrated director William Roudebush on Saturday, January 7 at 7 pm.

Playwrights Horizons (Adam Greenfield, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) has extended the New York premiere of Bruce Norris's provocative, critically lauded play Downstate, directed by Pam MacKinnon, a second and final time, to January 7, 2023.

The American Theatre Guild has announced that single tickets for the Lubbock premiere of DEAR EVAN HANSEN will go on sale Friday, December 2 at 10:00 a.m. This production is part of the BROADWAY AT THE BUDDY HOLLY HALL SERIES and will take the stage for eight performances April 4–9, 2023.

Keen Company has announced details for Keen On New Work. Launched in October of 2013, The Keen Playwrights Lab brings together three playwrights in mid-career to develop new work through an environment of camaraderie and support. Santino Fontana, Celia Keenan-Bolger and more will be taking part.

Chance Theater, Anaheim's official resident theater company, announces the Orange County premiere of “The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity,” a dramatic comedy by Kristoffer Diaz that was one of the final nominees for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and snagged numerous “Best Play” Awards. Directed by Jeremy Aluma, “The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity” previews from September 23rd through September 30th, with regular performances running October 1st to October 23rd on the Cripe Stage at the Bette Aitken theater arts Center.

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley continues its 51st season with the hit musical Ragtime. This sweeping and stirring musical masterpiece paints a portrait of America at the dawn of the twentieth century, interweaving the lives of three families—an African American family, a Jewish Immigrant family, and a wealthy white family—finding their places and pursuing the American Dream in a rapidly changing world. Featuring a Tony Award-winning book by Pulitzer Prize finalist Terrence McNally (Master Class, Kiss of the Spider Woman, The Rink) and a Tony Award-winning score by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens (Once on This Island, Anastasia, Seussical The Musical), this musical is based on E.
