Barrington Stage Company has announced that a second performance has been scheduled for Aaron Tveit Live! In Concert on Monday, July 19 at 8 PM. The encore performance has been scheduled to accommodate worldwide audience demand after tickets for BSC’s Gala performance of Aaron Tveit Live! on Sunday, July 18 quickly sold out.

San Diego Repertory Theatre has announced today the details of the brand new San Diego REP Black Voices 2021 Play Reading Series, a brand new program that will be presented in March and April, 2021. The series will consist of a selection of plays representing a diverse range of Black voices.

Dorset Theatre Festival has announced the launch of its new Commissioning and Fellowship Program, welcoming returning director Jade King Carroll as Resident Artist, who will design and oversee this program in collaboration with Artistic Director Dina Janis. Carroll will also work with Janis in producing the Festival’s new StageFree Audio Plays.

Amanda Seyfried will receive the Montecito Award at the 36th annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Seyfried will be honored on Friday, April 9th and will be recognized for her impressive career and performance in David Fincher’s MANK from Netflix, for which she recently received Golden Globe and Critic’s Choice nominations.

Rhinebeck Writers Retreat has been approved for a $10,000 Grants for Arts Projects award to support musical theatre writer summer residencies and Triple R - 2 readings and a residency. This is Rhinebeck Writers Retreat's fifth award from the NEA in its ten-year history.
