Kiln Theatre Announces Inua Ellams' THE HALF GOD OF RAINFALL

As her production of the world premiere of Alexis Zegerman's Holy Sh!t opens the inaugural season in the newly refurbished Kiln Theatre, Artistic Director Indhu Rubasingham today announces that Inua Ellams' The Half God of Rainfall joins the line-up for the opening season. Presented in a co-production with Fuel and Birmingham Repertory Theatre, The Half God of Rainfall opens on 30 April 2019, with previews from 26 April 2019, and runs until 17 May 2019.

With Mapping Brent running at venues across the local community, Artistic Director Indhu Rubasingham today announces the opening season at the company's newly refurbished theatre, which sees the Tricycle Theatre relaunch as Kiln Theatre. The new season includes five world premieres, one UK premiere and a major musical revival, with over 10,000 tickets at £12.50 or under.

Club 11 London and Alex Parker Theatre Company today announce The Light Princess from Tori Amos and Samuel Adamson will receive its first ever concert performance this summer. Rosalie Craig reprises her role of Althea, for which she won the Evening Standard Theatre Award for Best Musical Performance,and Hadley Fraser will play Digby with further casting to be announced. Directed by Paul Foster, the concert takes place at Cadogan Hall on Sunday 1st July 2018.

Starring David Moxham (Sam), Laura Ray (Sarah) and Nicholaus Weindel (Nate), directed by Elizabeth V. Newman and produced by Stephanie Moore, the production will run Thursdays through Sundays from February 15 25, 2018 at the Santa Cruz Theatre.

Following a six month tour, Richard Greenberg's version of Breakfast at Tiffany's marks the second time an adaptation of Truman Capote's novella has been shown at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in seven years. Anna Friel starred in the 2009 adaptation by Samuel Adamson, but in 2016 it's pop star Pixie Lott's turn to play the role of Holly Golightly.
