The SHU Community Theatre will present a month of film programming in November. Thursday, Nov. 4 & Friday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m.: The Auschwitz Report. The harrowing true story of Freddy and Walter, two young Slovak Jews deported to Auschwitz in 1942.
This nostalgia-fuelled '90s party, perfectly combines everything audiences love about the original film, complete with a banging soundtrack of chart-topping hits including The Verve's Bittersweet Symphony and other throwback classics by Boyz II Men, Christina Aguilera, Backstreet Boys, Goo Goo Dolls, *NSYNC, and, of course, Britney Spears.
Sarah Goodman and Phoebe Fisher are set to pen the series. Fisher is currently writing the pilot with Goodman supervising. If the show is picked up, then the two would write the series together.
