BIRDLAND THEATER will present the return of “Scunge! A Mobbed-Up Christmas Carol” – written by and starring Broadway’s Dominic Scaglione, Jr., Andy Karl, Dominic Nolfi, and Matt Bogart – from Friday, December 16 through Sunday, December 18.

Tony and Grammy Award winner, and Emmy Award nominee Daveed Diggs (“Hamilton”) will return for season two of “Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock,” the reboot of Jim Henson’s beloved classic “Fraggle Rock.” Also joining the new season is Academy Award winner Ariana DeBose (“Schmigadoon!”, 'West Side Story').

In a new interview with Wicked star Ariana Grande, Jennifer Coolidge revealed that she would like to return to the stage. The White Lotus star revealed that, while she previously appeared on Broadway in The Women in 2001 and in Elling in 2010, returning to the stage in a 'really cool play' is something that is on her bucket list.

The inimitable Sandra Bernhard will once again grace the live stage at Joe's Pub in New York City for her annual holiday run of shows December 27th through 31st with her all-new show Sandra Bernhard “Soul'd Out”.

BIRDLAND THEATER will present the return of living legend Marilyn Maye for a special seven-show holiday engagement from Thursday, December 29 through Sunday, January 1, including the “New Year’s Eve Extravaganza!” on Saturday, December 31.

CBS has shared a preview of Ariana DeBose singing 'What Child Is This?' at the National Tree Lighting. Hosted by LL Cool J, the special will also feature Gloria Estefan, Andy Grammer, Joss Stone, Shania Twain, “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band and more singing holiday classics. Bradstan Boutique Hotel at The Eldred Preserve will present the return of Karen Mason for her legendary Christmas show on December 11 at 8pm.

Since bursting onto the pop-culture landscape over a decade ago, Darren Criss has made his unique mark in the entertainment industry - across stage and screen, for music and acting. His first-ever full-length musical project, the album A Very Darren Crissmas, includes a wildly eclectic collection of songs from big band Christmas classics to novelty tunes to modern-day folk-pop ballads.

Gate Theatre has announced its first season at Theatro Technis @ 26 Crowndale. Starting this spring, this follows the announcement of Gate Theatre's permanent move from Notting Hill to Camden, following a long search for a more accessible home.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present the 13th Annual “A Swinging Birdland Christmas” – starring vocalists Klea Blackhurst, Jim Caruso, and Billy Stritch – for six performances from Tuesday, December 20 to Sunday, December 25 at 5:30 PM.

Robin de Jesús appeared on The Jennifer Hudson show to discuss starring in “Welcome to Chippendales” on Hulu.
