Rivendell Theatre Ensemble will present the world premiere of Motherhouse by RTE Ensemble member Tuckie White, directed by Azar Kazemi. 

Following a critically acclaimed, sold-out run at the 2022 Hollywood Fringe Festival, Los Angeles-based writer and performer Colin Campbell is set to premiere Grief: A One Man ShitShow at Theatre Row from March 29 – April 16, 2023.

One of America's premier flamenco dance companies, Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana will perform in Smothers Theatre at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts.

The winners of the 51st George and Nora London Foundation Competition for young American and Canadian opera singers, one of the opera world's oldest and most prestigious competitions, were announced at the conclusion of the competition's final round this evening, which took place at Gilder Lehrman Hall at The Morgan Library & Museum in New York City. The Tony Award-winning Alley Theatre has announced the cast and creative team of The Odyssey, written by Nobel Prize Winner Derek Walcott. This adventure classic infused with Afro-Caribbean elements runs March 24 – April 16, 2023 in the Neuhaus Theatre and is directed by Christopher Windom.

I had a great time attending Desert Theatreworks' terrific production of Agatha Christie's THE MOUSETRAP. I am unsurprised that the directing, acting, and technical aspects of the show are fabulous -- that is DTW's modus operandi. The script leaves the audience guessing and laughing. This production is top-notch.

The album offers the first collection of compositions written by Josh Peters and Joshua Thomson informed by the Arab and Turkish maqamat/makamlar modal systems. The duo composed this offering with rhythms reminiscent of west Africa, Morocco, and the Arabian Peninsula which can be heard within songs “Basalt,” and the title track “Hadal.”

Lyrical season will have 11 titles, including the premiere of O Machete, by Mehmari. Throughout 2023, will be presented of Il Seraglio, by Mozart, Cinderella, by Viardot, The Cunning Little Vixen, by Janácek, Dido and Eneas, by Purcell, among others. The program also includes ballet shows, symphonic and chamber music concerts.

Ballet Sun Valley's Dance Education Workshop taught by world class ballet artists and faculty will take place July 1 and 2.

Emerging Artists Theatre (EAT) is kicking off their 30th anniversary season by changing the name of their bi-annual New Work Series to Spark Theatre Festival NYC. The company will also return to premiering new works Off-Broadway in Fall 2023.

Apple TV+ released the trailer for the return of 'Pretzel and the Puppies.'
