When Sondheim died last November, he didn’t just leave behind an extraordinary corpus of work—he had exited a world that his art had forever changed.
The film is based on an original concept created by Chris Evans, following a 12 year old boy who works on the MGM Lot in 1952 and creates an imaginary friendship with the Gene Kelly while he works on his next film.
