Singer KT Sullivan and singer-pianist Steve Ross present Love Noël: the Songs and Letters of Noël Coward, from July 26 through August 25 at the W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre. The show was devised by Barry Day and is directed by Charlotte Moore. Through Coward's songs, stories, and personal letters, the two cabaret stars will summon up timeless memories of an era that may be gone, but is never to be forgotten.

Previews have begun for BETWEEN GODS AND KINGS: A New Rock Show based on Euripides' classic greek tragedy, The Bacchae. The immersive and energetic production began its weekly party-like run at BEDLAM BAR (40 Avenue C) in the East Village last night. It will play every Thursday at 10pm until May 9. Guerilla theater is back in the East Village with BETWEEN GODS AND KINGS: A New Rock Show based on Euripides' classic greek tragedy, The Bacchae. Previews begin next Thursday, March 21 at BEDLAM (40 Avenue C).

Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra performs the world premiere of prolific Grammy-, Emmy- and Academy Award-nominated composer James Newton Howard's Concerto for Orchestra & Cello, a LACO commission, led by Conductor Laureate Jeffrey Kahane on Saturday, March 23, 8 pm, at the Alex Theatre, and Sunday, March 24, 2019, 7 pm, at Royce Hall. Newton Howard's work, underwritten by and dedicated to Maurice Marciano, was written for and spotlights Principal Cello Andrew Shulman. Kahane also leads Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 14, conducting from the keyboard, and Symphony No. 36, 'Linz.' LACO Principal Timpani/Percussion Wade Culbreath takes center stage on marimba for Gabriella Smith's Riprap for marimba and strings.

Wilton's Music Hall today announces its spectacular summer season, featuring collaborations with some of the UK's most exciting production companies.

As the world premiere of Ishy Din's Approaching Empty opens at Kiln Theatre, the company's Artistic Director, Indhu Rubasingham, announces the casting for the UK premiere of Florian Zeller's The Son, in a translation by Christopher Hampton. Michael Longhurst directs Amanda Abbington, Laurie Kynaston, John Light, Oseloka Obi, Amaka Okafor and Martin Turner. The production opens on 26 February, with previews from 20 February, and runs until 6 April.

This week, Netflix announced the release date for its upcoming movie DUMPLIN', based on the best-selling novel by Julie Murphy. Fans have been excited ever since it was announced, and they don't have to wait much longer--

This spring, the internationally lauded dance troupe BalletBoyz will present the London premiere of Them/Us, an innovative double bill and a brand new collaboration from the company's own critically acclaimed dancers and the Olivier Award-winning choreographer Christopher Wheeldon. A co-production with Sadler's Wells, Them/Us will arrive at the London venue from 5 to 9 March, 2019, with opening night for press on 6 March.

At times BECKET looms before us like a vast Shakespearean tapestry and at others like a bloated two-hander, but this CPCC Theatre production plays well at Halton Theater, which is really good news as Pease Auditorium bites the dust.

Last year, filming began on DUMPLIN', based on the book by Julie Murphy. This week, it was announced that in addition to hitting theaters later this year in limited release, it will also premiere on Netflix.  DUMPLIN' stars an overweight teen constantly overlooked by her former beauty pageant queen mother. Her mother now trains today's prospective beauty queens, but never considers her own daughter. Willowdean decides to enter the pageant in protest and shakes up her entire town. The film stars Danielle MacDonald (Patti Cake$) as Willowdean Dickson, aka Dumplin'. Her mother, former Beauty Queen Rosie Dickson, is played by Jennifer Aniston (Friends). The cast includes Dover Cameron (Liv and Maddie, Disney's Descendants), Georgie Flores (Famous in Love), Harold Perrineau (Lost) Odeya Rush (Lady Bird). The movie will have a stellar soundtrack, with Dolly Parton co-collaborating with Sia and Miranda Lambert to update some of her own catalogue as well as creating six new songs alongside Linda Perry. The first re-worked Parton song, 'Here I Am,' released today ahead of the film to get the buzz started. Josh O'Connor and Marion Bailey have joined the Netflix drama, The Crown for season 3. The actors will take over the central roles of Prince Charles and the Queen Mother as the series recasts its stars for the next two seasons.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Erin Doherty (Call the Midwife) will play the daughter of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip in the Netflix drama. The series, which was created by Peter Morgan and hails from Sony Pictures Television Studios, is currently filming its third season that is set to debut in 2019.

July 28, 1968 was one of those perfect English summer days when British photographer, Tom Murray, photographed the famed rock and roll group.  The shoot was done on the run (literally) all over London in order to escape the hordes of screaming Beatles fans that followed them everywhere.  Rushing from location to location inspired the name of the famous collection: The Mad Day: Summer of '68.These images would become the LAST publicity shoot of all four Beatles together– and represent the quintessential Beatles at the height of their psychedelic period and are considered the most important color photographs of the group.  The Beatles officially disbanded in 1970.

Mill Mountain Theatre presents exciting programming for their Young Audience Series as two productions: Mother Goose Tales and Shakespeare's The Tempest run in repertory on the Waldron Stage, May 5-12. Audience members of all ages can see both productions on the same day, as the performances are alternating in the same theater space.

BBC AMERICA announced today that it will air the Royal wedding of HRH Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle, as a live and direct simulcast of BBC ONE's coverage. The historic event airs with limited commercial breaks as the centerpiece of a week of celebratory programming that includes the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana and the US television premiere of Harry and Meghan: A Very Modern Romance.
