Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, starring Tony and Grammy-nominated multi-platinum recording artist Josh Groban and Tony Award winner Annaleigh Ashford, returns to Broadway tonight, March 26. The revival is directed by Thomas Kail, and featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, and a book by Hugh Wheeler, from an adaptation by Christopher Bond, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Playhouse Pantomimes will return to the Melbourne Comedy Festival with another choose-your-own-adventure show this school holidays! Each performance features three beloved children's tales, complete with original songs and non-stop laughs for the whole family.

Daniel Radcliffe, who can next be seen in the Broadway transfer of NYTW's Merrily We Roll Along, and his longtime partner Erin Darke have revealed that they are expecting their first child. 

Stephen Sondheim (Music and lyrics) and James Lapine’s (Book) INTO THE WOODS Is given a small stage adaptation and an Australian voice at Belvoir St Theatre.  Presented as a co-production between Belvoir St Theatre and Hayes Theatre Co, this new production is directed by Belvoir’s Artistic Director, Eamon Flack.

The young ensemble cast at DreamWrights brought the book to life and made the packed audience of families laugh this weekend with their cast of colorful characters and animals. My own teenager loved this book as a child and giggled through out the performance! Stinky Cheese Man has lots of physical comedy that kids will laugh out loud at even if they don’t quite get the verbal humor of the parody yet. Sprinkled throughout the show is a few unique songs and even a puppet. Even the intermission was entertaining. Kids were getting their wiggles out dancing to music as the clocked counted down the minutes left before Act II.

Webber missed the Bad Cinderella opening on Thursday, March 23rd to be with his son, who passed away from stomach cancer after entering hospice care on Thursday.

Cabaret legend and Grammy nominee Marilyn Maye appeared with The New York Pops, led by Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, to celebrate a very special birthday on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall. Check out photos from the concert here!
