Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater are open this November with a full slate of nightly performances! 

Disney Theatrical Productions, under the direction of Thomas Schumacher, and The Bushnell has announced casting for the Hartford engagement of Disney's Aladdin. The hit Broadway musical will begin performances on November 8 for a limited run through November 13, 2022.

Birdland Theater will present Nashville vocalist Wendy Moten – best known for her 2021 run on NBC’s “The Voice” – in an exclusive six-show concert engagement from Friday, November 18 to Sunday, November 20 with performances at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM each night.

Dame Angela Lansbury has passed away at age 96. Angela Lansbury's career spanned more than 75 years. She was the winner of five Tony Awards, her Broadway debut was in 1957 in Hotel Paradiso, followed by A Taste of Honey (1960), Anyone Can Whistle (1964), and in Mame (1966), winning her first Tony. The hit Broadway musical Disney's Aladdin launches its North American tour in Schenectady at Proctors on Tuesday, October 11 for a limited engagement of two weeks through Sunday, October 23.

George Benson, Billy Eckstine and Phyllis Hyman, are but a few of the extraordinary singers that had roots in Pittsburgh and enriched the vocal jazz tradition. The vocalists who will sing at the Pittsburgh International Jazz Festival (PIJF), which runs from September 16-18, will expand and extend on the legacy of their Steel City forebears.

Celebrated singer and songwriter Peabo Bryson, two time Rock and Roll inductee Graham Nash, dance companies Pilobolus and Flamenco Vivo, and Broadway stars Megan Hilty, Mandy Gonzalez and Javier Muñoz are just a few of the artists set to appear at the Lisa Smith Wengler Center for the Arts at Pepperdine University during its 2022–2023 season.

The hit Broadway musical will perform at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center December 6-11, 2022 as part of the 2022-23 Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America – Fox Cities series. Single tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday, September 15, 2022.

Single tickets for Disney’s Aladdin will go on sale to the public on Thursday, June 23 at 10 a.m. The hit Broadway musical will begin performances in Schenectady at Proctors on Tuesday, October 11 for a limited engagement of two weeks through Sunday, October 23.
