Clint Holmes has had a long and storied career.  He continues to be one of the most electrifying performers on the planet.  As crowed many times before, Clint’s voice, phrasing, physicality, and apple watch like jazz time are extraordinary.  When these unique skills are applied to his current show titled “Between The Moon And New York City”, the songbook and life of Peter Allen are given an original and inspired new take.

The Theatre Lab School of the Dramatic Arts is thrilled to partner with the American Pops Orchestra to welcome Broadway star Nikki Renée Daniels for a one-time class for all actors and theatre lovers. Ms. Daniels will coach two advanced performers in front of an audience, giving everyone an opportunity to watch, learn, and ask questions about Ms. Daniels phenomenal acting and singing career.

Grammy-nominated Clint Holmes has some music and memories that he is sharing with audiences nationwide, all about the late Peter Allen.

AT THIS PERFORMANCE…  returns to The Green Room 42 featuring Standbys, Understudies and Alternates from INTO THE WOODS; DEAR EVAN HANSEN; PARADISE SQUARE; LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS; ROCK OF AGES and THE BEDWETTER.

Stephen DeAngelis continues his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with the next edition in his monthly residency of AT THIS PERFORMANCE… to be held on Monday, August 8th at The Green Room 42.

COMPANY on Broadway takes its final bow today, July 31st at 2pm. This gender-swapped revival received five 2022 Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical. Upon closing, this revival of Stephen Sondheim’s and George Furth’s COMPANY will have played 300 performances (268 regular performances and 32 previews).

Jeff Kready will temporarily take on the role of David, opposite his real-life wife Nikki Renee Daniels, who plays Jenny. Jeff Kready has announced that he will temporarily be taking over the role of David in Company on Broadway, from July 5-24. He will be playing the onstage husband of his real-life wife, Nikki Renee Daniels, who plays the role of Jenny.

Just recently, Jennifer Simard celebrated receiving a coveted portrait at Sardi's. During the unveiling, Simard was surrounded by her friends, including her castmates from Company.

This past weekend, Tracie Bennett, Erin Davie, Antwayn Hopper, Michael R. Jackson, John Earl Jelks, Tavon Olds-Sample, Andy Nyman, Soara-Joye Ross, Jessie Shelton, Matthew Sklar, Antoine L. Smith, original cast members Pamela Myers and Teri Ralston, and more were on hand to celebrate the exclusive screening of “Keeping Company with Sondheim”, a documentary from Great Performances on PBS. 

Musical theater composer Scott Evan Davis will have a Triad Takeover on May 21st with original songs and a few musical friends.

Survey data suggest that theatregoers want to see mitigation measures - such as vaccination requirements and masked audiences - remain in place for the foreseeable future. This survey data specifically comes from DC, but the Broadway League is also taking notice and mulling their own plan whether or not to extend these requirements past April 30th.

Nikki Renee Daniels has revealed that she will take the stage as Bobbie in Company today, for both the 2pm and 8pm performances! Daniels, who usually plays Jenny, makes her debut in the role, and will also be the first Black Bobbie!
