Alex Jennings will lead the cast in the world premiere of Stephen Beresford's The Southbury Child directed by Nicholas Hytner at the Bridge Theatre. Designs are by Mark Thompson with sound by George Dennis and lighting by Max Narula. Further casting will be announced shortly.

André Bishop of Lincoln Center Theater is Coming to Tribeca PAC

The BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center will partner with host Randy Cohen for his Person Place Thing podcast and radio show for a third season. The first guest of 2020 to be featured at Tribeca PAC is Artistic Director of Lincoln Center Theater, André Bishop, on Monday, March 16 at 7pm. At the G7 summit last month, the wives of the world leaders were pictured together by Donald Tusk walking not across a zebra crossing as per The Beatles but through a garden. Tusk's caption described them as “the light side of the Force.” Yet, this picture did little to suggest these women were anything like the feisty Princess Leia, the colour of their clothing – a mix of yellow, red, pink and white – unhelpfully instead suggesting they were flowers.
