Award-winning director and the National Theatre’s former artistic director, Sir Nicholas Hytner, will join award-winning West End theatre producer and founder of Aria Entertainment, Katy Lipson in an upcoming virtual event.

Rogue Machine brings Frank Capra’s iconic holiday film, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” to the stage in this hilarious and heartwarming one-person show starring Leo Marks. Nicholas Hytner’s production of Philip Pullman’s The Book of Dust – La Belle Sauvage continues at The Bridge Theatre to 26 February 2022. 

My Theatre Mates announced that the Chichester Festival Theatre 60th anniversary season is underway. While a full season announcement won't come until February, the first two productions were announced: new plays by Kate Mosse and Alecky Blythe.

Three-time Olivier award-winning Alex Jennings will lead the cast in the world premiere of The Southbury Child, the new play by BAFTA winner Stephen Beresford.  Directed by Nicholas Hytner, the production will play at the Bridge Theatre next summer following an opening run at Chichester Festival Theatre.

Final casting is announced for the London premiere of Christopher Durang's Tony Award-winning Best Play comedy, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, directed by Walter Bobbie.

To mark this year's festive winter season, Shoreditch Town Hall today announces Town Hall Unwrapped, a series of joyfully eclectic events taking over the building's many spaces throughout December.

Straight Line Crazy reunites Fiennes, Hare and Hytner who previously collaborated on Beat the Devil at The Bridge in Autumn 2020.  Further casting will be announced at a later date as well as further members of the production team.  Priority booking for Straight Line Crazy opens today at 10am, with public booking opening at 10am on 12 October 2021.

Nina Raine's new play Bach & Sons has opened at the Bridge Theatre to socially distanced audiences. The lavish production is directed by Nicholas Hytner with an experienced cast of actors led by Simon Russell Beale, a frequent collaborator of Hytner, as Johann Sebastian Bach, who fathered 20 children over the years.
