A reimagined revival of Moira Buffini's comedy Handbagged will tour across England from February to May produced by Queen's Theatre Hornchurch in partnership with the National Theatre.

It’s the show that London children’s theatre goers have been waiting for this festive season, Room on the Broom by theatre company Tall Stories. Well known in their field for physical storytelling, Tall Stories promise to retell the classic Donaldson and Scheffler spooky and sweet special with glee.

Tall Stories' Olivier Award-nominated adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler's classic picture book, Room on the Broom, directed by Olivia Jacobs, will be flying into the West End this Christmas as part of a major UK tour this autumn.

Jump on board the broom with the witch and her cat in this fun-filled magical musical adaptation running at Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue from 21 July to 4 September. 

The internationally award-winning London production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will celebrate the Hogwarts houses early next year with four special performances dedicated to each house. Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw houses are the four living and learning communities for Hogwarts students, named after the wizarding school's four founders.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child recently confirmed full casting for the production which resumed performances at the Palace Theatre in London on 14 October 2021. Find out who is in the London cast here and check out new cast photos.

Recently awarded the prestigious British Book Award – Children's Book of the Year (Illustrated and Non-fiction), this joyous story of two star-crossed aliens on a far-off planet is being developed and previewed at Tall Stories' new studio space at Central Library, Islington before receiving its world premiere at the ROSE THEATRE in Kingston-upon-Thames, from 27 to 31 October 2021.

Under Haydon's stewardship, the Rose's own work will be the priority, as demonstrated by the five Rose Originals in this upcoming season, but there will always be room on the theatre's stage for the country's leading touring shows as well.  This season's Rose Originals are a blend of new plays tackling significant contemporary issues and well-known titles reinvented for today.

Tall Stories (Gruffalo, New Vic 2015 & 2004; The Snail and the Whale, New Vic 2014, Snow White, New Vic 2003) returns with an imaginative musical adventure based on the much-loved book by Cressida Cowell (How to Train your Dragon) and Neal Layton. Something MONSTROUS is keeping Emily Brown awake...how will she ever get to sleep with the Thing making such a racket?!

Tall Stories returns to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this year with two Oscar Wilde adaptations, including the World Premiere of 'THE CANTERVILLE GHOST' and the Edinburgh premiere of 'WILDE CREATURES'. The shows play in rep at Pleasance Courtyard from 1-26 August 2018.

Rehearsals began this week for the new West End cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child who will start their performances at the Palace Theatre in London's West End on 24 May 2017 following the final performance from the current cast on 21 May 2017.

HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD has its official opening this week, with a special gala performance on Saturday 30 July, and production pictures have now been released. The eighth story in the Harry Potter series and the first official Harry Potter story to be presented on stage, is one play presented in two parts. Both parts are intended to be seen in order on the same day (matinee and evening) or on two consecutive evenings.  

Based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD is currently in previews in London's West End at the Palace Theatre, where it will open on July 30. Jamie Parker, Noma Dumezweni and Paul Thornily lead the cast as Harry, Hermione and Ron, as part of a company of 42 talented actors.
