Wela Kapela Productions presents NEXT!!! Auditions are not for the faint of heart, at the Arena @Artscape 13-23 December 2023.

Fusing theatre, sport and technology - and taking immersive experiences in a whole new direction - Rumble in the Jungle Rematch launched in London this September and has now extended its run through to 9th December. 

There is a lot that works here; an obvious and careful attention to detail being one. The meticulous recreation of James Brown's stage catsuit, event posters and haircuts feels thoughtful.  The three-day music festival that featured James Brown, Miriam Makeba and Celia Cruz showcases some brilliant music, with a high energy mix of afrobeat and  American funk.

Diversionary Theatre has announced the cast and creative team for its production of The High Table, by Temi Wilkey, directed by Niyi Coker Jr.  The High Table will run February 9 – March 5 (press opening on February 18) at Diversionary Theatre in University Heights.
