Kansas City Repertory Theatre offered local audiences a sneak peek at their 2019/2020 season this evening at a special invitation-only event for Subscribers and local press, announcing the featured plays and musicals slated for next season at its two venues, Spencer Theatre, and Copaken Stage.

Michael Frayn's award winning Noises Off makes a welcome return to the Lyric Hammersmith nearly forty years since it premiered to great acclaim at the theatre in 1982 and instantly became an iconic British comedy. The multi award winning backstage comedy, which runs from 27 June until 27 July, will be directed by Jeremy Herrin and designed by Max Jones in a new production.

From the rough and tumble of an actor's rehearsal to the glamour of moonlight in the south of France '4 Love' presents 6 scenes from the most popular playwrights of the 20th century.

Windy City Playhouse brings the premiere of Michael Frayn's "Noises Off," the side-splitting play-within-a-play set behind-the-scenes as a ragtag touring company rehearses and performs - or attempts to perform - a bawdy farce. Opening Wednesday, January 16, 2019, this comedic classic will be told through a unique multi-stage layout that puts audiences in the center of the action.

If British farce is your cup of tea, there is no livelier or funnier show than "Noises Off." Taking a fond look at the folly of theater folk, this hilarious play comes to Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre in January. Presented by the award-winning Maurer Production OnStage, dates and show times are: Fridays, Jan. 11 and 18 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Jan. 12 and 19 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Jan. 13 and 20 at 2 p.m.

Tampa Repertory Theatre will present Michael Frayn's Tony award-winning drama Copenhagen January 4-20, 2019 (with a paid preview performance on January 3) on the USF campus in Studio 120, 3837 USF Holly Drive, Tampa.
