Odd hours, long hours, short breaks, and zero flexibility upholds an industry-wide ethos of expendability and maintains supremacy structures. Statera's call to action is an invitation to interrogate and disrupt outdated scheduling practices and implement humane work week processes that support everyone in the theatre work force.

StateraArts has announced that Joanna Gleason will be delivering one of the keynote address at Statera's 4th National Conference. The conference, which is to take place at City College of New York in NYC, is scheduled for October 26-27, 2019.

The Lyric Repertory Company's inaugural Spotlight Concert is July 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Morgan Theatre on the Utah State University campus. The concert is a one-night-only, family-friendly fundraiser supporting the Lyric Endowment.

Bardway, Baby! is a late-night concert event which, this year, will feature the music of Walt Disney productions. Performed by Festival actors, the concert will be tonight, August 7 at 11:30 p.m. in the Auditorium Theatre.

THE TAMING OF THE SHREW, directed by Utah Shakespeare Festival Founder Fred C. Adams, is a huge hit, which has prompted the Festival to add two matinee performances of this hilarious battle of the sexes.
