Producer Mark Cortale's 2019-20 Broadway @ NOCCA series is set to take a superstar leap into the New Year with Liz Callaway, Tony nominee for Baby and star of Cats and Miss Saigon on Broadway as well as the singing voice of Princess Jasmine in Disney's animated Aladdin series of films, on Saturday, January 11 at 8:00 PM. Performances are approximately one-hour in length, and appropriate for ages five and up. Tickets are $20 each.

Producer Mark Cortale and Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts have announced that The Seth Rudetsky Concert Series, hosted and music directed by Sirius XM radio star Seth Rudetsky, will return to Scottsdale for the 2020 season. Kicking off the series this season will be Laura Osnes, Tony Award® nominee for her leading roles in Cinderella and Bonnie and Clyde on Broadway, and star on TV of Hallmark Channel's A Homecoming for the Holidays, on Friday, January 24 at 8:00 PM. She will be followed by Tony Award® nominated actor Norm Lewis, best known for his performances in Porgy and Bess and The Phantom of the Opera and on Television in Scandal and Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert!, on Friday, March 6 at 8:00 PM.
The Actors Fund announced today that the music of the Tony Award-winning Ragtime will once again be heard on Broadway in a one-night only benefit concert on Monday, April 27, 2020, at the Minskoff Theatre (200 West 45th St.). This celebratory benefit concert will star original cast members, with six-time Tony Award-winner Audra McDonald ('Sarah') and two-time Tony Award-winner, Brian Stokes Mitchell ('Coalhouse Walker, Jr.') scheduled to appear. Further casting will be announced and tickets will go on sale at a later date. All proceeds from this one-night only benefit concert will support The Actors Fund.
The 37th season of the Verdi Chorus continues with the Fox Singers , presented by the Verdi Chorus and the Sahm Family Foundation, in Songs of Fantasy for one night only at the First United Methodist Church in Santa Monica on February 1, at 7:30pm. Led by Founding Artistic Director Anne Marie Ketchum, the Fox Singers comprise the professional ensemble of the Verdi Chorus, which is the only choral group in Southern California that focuses primarily on the dramatic and diverse music for opera chorus. Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) announces Tony, Grammy & Emmy Award winner Cyndi Lauper will join the 2020 Gala evening celebrating Tony Award winner and longtime friend Alan Cumming with The Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre, and Michael Kors & Lance Le Pere with The Ovation Award for Excellence in Philanthropy. This year's gala 'The Life of the Party' is set for Monday, March 2 at the Ziegfeld Ballroom. Lauper will perform a unique concert created exclusively for the special occasion.
