Music's Biggest Night - the GRAMMYs - is here! Live from STAPLES Center, and hosted by Alicia Keys, the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast on CBS at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT. 

The 2019 Freihofer's Saratoga Jazz Festival features an extraordinary roster of twenty-two musical groups, highlighted by the festival debut of Grammy award winning artist Norah Jones, and the return of jazz legend George Benson and festival favorite Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue. Back by popular demand is also Los Van Van 50th Anniversary, Django Festival All-Stars with Edmar Castañeda and Grace Kelly, Joshua Redman Quartet, and James Carter Organ Trio. Fifteen emerging artists making their Saratoga debuts include Kandace Springs, Donna Grantis, Joey DeFrancesco Trio, Mercy Project which features Jon Cowherd, Brian Blade, John Patitucci, and Steve Cardenas, Antonio Sanchez & Migration, and Cha Wa. The festival will also feature a record number of groups led by women artists, highlighted by Allison Miller, Veronica Swift, Ruthie Foster and Youn Sun Nah.

Eight-time GRAMMY® award winning entertainer Dolly Parton released the music video of "Girl In The Movies" today.  This track is one of 12 newly-recorded tracks on the highly-anticipated Dumplin' Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (Dolly Records/RCA Nashville) out Nov. 30, and"Dumplin'" will premiere in select theaters and on Netflix on Dec. 7.

On the eve of Dolly Parton's latest album release, CMT is giving fans a rare glimpse into Parton's world as she records her new album in "Dolly & Friends: Making of a Soundtrack," a one-hour special premiering on CMT on Thursday, November 29 at 9 pm ET/PT. The special "Dolly & Friends: Making of a Soundtrack" featuresParton in the recording studio with famed producer Linda Perry and recording with artists Alison Krauss, Elle King, Macy Gray, Miranda Lambert, Mavis Staples and Rhonda Vincent.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Booker T. Jones will bring his band to Newton North High School today, November 17, 2018, at 7:30PM.  Proceeds from the "Songs and Stories from the Birth of Soul' concert will support the work of Historic Newton. Country Music's Biggest Night was hosted for the 11th consecutive year by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood and aired live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville Wednesday, Nov. 14 on the ABC Television Network.

Winners in the Musical Event of the Year and Music Video of the Year categories for "The 52nd Annual CMA Awards" were revealed live on 'Good Morning America' this morning. See the big reveal below! Kenny Chesney and David Lee Murphy won Musical Event of the Year for "Everything's Gonna Be Alright." Music Video of the Year went to Thomas Rhett and director TK McKamy for "Marry Me." "Good Morning America's" Lara Spencer has also been added as a presenter for Country Music's Biggest Night, hosted for the 11th consecutive year by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, and airing live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville tonight at 8:00 PM/ET (7:00 PM/CT) on the ABC Television Network.

DOLLY PARTON has revealed the cover art and track list for the soundtrack to the anticipated Netflix film Dumplin'.

HEARTS and LANDMARK ON MAIN STREET, two Port Washington non-profits whose missions involve supporting the arts throughout the community, announce the HEARTS' 2018-19 Master Classes. This series of four FREE experiential workshops for high school students through adults, features skilled and celebrated professional artists in a variety of disciplines.

What happens when a group of talented Chicago musicians, actors, improvisers, stand-ups, songwriters, and DJs collaborate on a web series? You get "STUDIO B," the three-episode workplace comedy of a struggling Chicago recording studio trying to make a comeback along with supporting its bizarre clientele. STUDIO B can best be described as "30 Rock" meets Spinal Tap coupled with original music by composer Julie B. Nichols. Each episode follows a different musical act entering the studio to record what they hope will be their break-through hit, while the studio staff hopes it will keep them afloat. The first season of STUDIO B will be released Monday, Oct. 22 at 10 p.m. and will be available on www.studiobseries.com, as well as on Vimeo, YouTube, and Instagram TV. The creators of STUDIO B are hosting a public launch party the date of the release (Monday, Oct. 22 from 5 - 10 p.m.) at The Joinery, 2533 W. Homer Street in Logan Square, for fans and supporters to gather and watch the series. The screening will begin at 7 p.m. that night. MusicWorks today announced that it would be presenting 15 classic folk and rock concerts October through April at Old School Square, located at 51 N. Swinton Avenue in Delray Beach. Ten of the concerts will be presented in the venue's Crest Theatre, while five will be held in Old School Square's outdoor Pavilion.

Dolly Parton took to Twitter to share the first single from the 'Dumplin' soundtrack, a collaboration with Sia.  "Here I Am" performed by Dolly Parton & Sia is the first release from the forthcoming Dumplin' Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Available for download and streaming today, this self-penned song was originally recorded by Parton and included on her Coat of Many Colors album (October 1971). This brand-new recording of "Here I Am" captures Dolly Parton and Sia's striking vocal re-imagination of this classic album track.
