Cabaret Editor Stephen Mosher shares another day of his Pandemic Playlist as the artists of the cabaret community get more much-needed exposure and Broadway World readers get more much-needed at-home entertainment

During the time of social distancing artists of the cabaret community are doing all they can to keep their bills paid, and Living Room Concerts are a perfect way to do that and to also stay in touch with the outside world. Broadway World brings listings of artists performing online.

After the smash, sold-out tribute to Frank Sinatra in January, the award-winning, runaway hit series 'An Evening With...' (2019 BWW Cabaret Award, Best Series) returns to The Green Room 42 this Friday, March 13, to celebrate the music and life of the iconic Dolly Parton.

Last night, fifteen Broadway stars were featured in Broadway Sings Queen, the latest concert in the Broadway Sings concert series at Sony hall. The tribute concerts take the music of well-known music icons and create new, unique arrangements and orchestrations by twisting the style to fit the strength of the performer. The Sony Hall series will continue on June 29 with Broadway Sings Taylor Swift and with their spinoff series at (le) poisson rouge, Adele: Unplugged, on April 13.

Ryan Raftery returns to Joe's Pub for his fifth consecutive run, premiering his new celebrity bio-musical comedy IVANKA 2020. A wild, irreverent mash-up of the classic film The Manchurian Candidate and the animated classic Anastasia, Raftery's latest piece is a satirical commentary on what is arguably the most fascinating political landscape the United States has seen in decades.

With a full party band, an old school DJ and a school dance photographer - Marty Thomas threw a  “second chance prom” and invited all who are moved by the gesture to dress in their finest for an evening of music, dancing and reminiscing.
