Too Old. Too Asian. Too Short. is subtitled 'The Story of an Unlikely Showgirl,' but that actually comes up later in Pamela K. Najera's absorbing story.

'The Life and Times of A. Einstein' is a funny, offbeat comedy about a day in the life of the famous scientist, as seen through the eyes of his secretary, Ellen. As his secretary, chauffeur and bodyguard (she shoots, too!), Ellen shields him from the press, keeps him on time for appointments, runs his household, and tries unsuccessfully to hide her passion and feelings for him.

The show is written by Karen Bankhead with additional material by Pam Trotter and performed by Karen Bankhead. It features musical performance by singer Pam Trotter, and is directed by Karen Bankhead. It is produced by Free Spirit Productions. Theatre West is presenting ten diverse solo pieces in Solopalooza 2.022. Curated by Dina Morrone, this solo festival is not to be missed, with amazing stories, most based on remarkable real-life experiences, with a few fantastic characters to spice up the mix.

Maybin Hewes has a show business career that spans eight decades.
